B-MAC Constructions Constructions Pty Ltd was appointed by Group Homes Australia in a competitive tender to undertake the transformation of a traditional two-story, 4-bedroom home into an 8-bedroom state-of-the-art aged care facility. This project, located on New South Head Road, Rose Bay, demonstrates B-MAC Constructions’ commitment to excellence and innovation in creating a 24-hour care home primarily for dementia residents. The transformation resulted in a facility that marries elegant design with functional living spaces, including large, formal, and informal areas, spacious bedrooms, and luxurious gardens with outdoor entertaining spaces, all designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for its residents.

Safety Report

A zero-incident safety record was achieved through diligent planning and execution of a site safety plan, including job safety analysis and risk assessments. Regular safety meetings, site inspections, and the monthly testing of electrical equipment ensure a secure working environment for the average daily workforce of 20, peaking at 40.
