Award-Winning Refurbishment of Bomaderry Bowling Club

B-MAC Constructions Constructions Pty Ltd undertook the refurbishment project for Bomaderry Bowling Club following a competitive tender process with local contractors. The project, executed with four months, aimed to modernise the club’s amenities while ensuring minimal disruption to its daily operations. In collaboration with Inner Sphere Pty Ltd, the design incorporated contemporary finishes, including a state-of-the-art ceiling and a bespoke one-piece carpet design, enhancing the club’s aesthetic appeal. This project received recognition and was awarded the Winner Interior Fitouts up to $750,000.

Construction Methodology

Work commenced with B-MAC Constructions tasked to refurbish both the internal and external gaming areas along with the female bathroom facilities. To mitigate disruption, a temporary access doorway was created through the exterior wall, allowing construction activities to proceed smoothly. Materials were meticulously transported to and from the site, with local labour sourced whenever possible to maintain efficiency. Notable installations included a Barrisol Ceiling in the main gaming area and glass partitions in the female bathrooms, showcasing a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Prior to commencing work, B-MAC Constructions formulated a comprehensive site safety plan encompassing job safety analyses and risk assessments. All personnel underwent thorough induction processes, and regular safety meetings and inspections were conducted to uphold impeccable safety standards.
